*Ferroamp's alarm function is currently being rolled out and will be rolled out to all facilities during the first half of 2023. To simplify the rollout, facilities will be selected at random. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to manually prioritize a facility, so it is not possible to contact us and ask to have the function activated earlier. Our ambition is for all customers to have access to this function as quickly as possible.

1. To activate or deactivate the alarm function, go to EnergyCloud and press on Alarms that is found under System settings.
    
2. The Alarm window is now opened.To activate the alarms, subscribe to the alarm by registering an email address to which the alarm notification should be sent.To be notified of all types of alarms, click on the green button where it says MANAGE SUBSCRIBERS. To only be notified of a specific Alarm, click on the symbol under Subscribe for the alarm you want to activate. See picture below.
3. Enter the email address/adresses you want to use and then press ADD. See pictures below.
4. To deactivate the alarm you delete the email address that no longer is to receive notifications of system alarms. This is done on the same page by pressing the trash can symbol to the right of the email address. See picture below.
